1. Hangi bilgileri topluyoruz?
- Gönderilerimize yaptığınız yorumlar: Instagram veya Facebook gönderilerimize yorum yazdığınızda kullanıcı adınız, yorum metniniz, yorumun kimliği (ID) ve tarihi. Bu bilgiler zaten herkese açıktır.
- Bize gönderdiğiniz mesajlar: Instagram veya Facebook üzerinden bize yazdığınız mesajlar ve bunlara verdiğimiz yanıtlar.
- Web sitesi formları: mialuks.com'daki formları doldurursanız adınız, e-postanız, WhatsApp numaranız, ülkeniz, amacınız, bütçe ve zaman aralığınız ile verdiğiniz onay kaydı (tarih, IP adresi).
- Gönderi istatistikleri: Kendi gönderilerimizin görüntülenme, erişim ve beğeni sayıları gibi toplu istatistikler. Bunlar sizi kişisel olarak tanımlamaz.
2. Bilgileri nasıl kullanıyoruz?
- Bir gönderimize "REHBER", "VERGİ", "KREDİ" veya "VİZE" gibi bir anahtar kelime yazdığınızda, istediğiniz ücretsiz rehberin bağlantısını size özel mesajla veya yorumunuza yanıt olarak göndermek. Her yorum için en fazla bir otomatik mesaj gönderilir; yalnızca anahtar kelimeyi yazan kişilere yazılır.
- Sorularınıza yanıt vermek ve sizinle iletişim kurmak.
- Görüşme talebinize yanıt vermek. Ayrıca ticari ileti onayı verdiyseniz size Miami gayrimenkulü hakkında e-posta, WhatsApp ve telefonla bilgi göndermek. Onay isteğe bağlıdır; "ÇIKIŞ" yazarak veya her e-postadaki bağlantıyla istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.

4. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz?
- Otomatik yanıt sistemimiz, aynı kişiye iki kez yazmamak için yalnızca yorumun kimliğini, kullanıcı adını, platformu ve yanıt zamanını kaydeder; bu kayıtlar 30 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
- Mesajlarınız, siz veya biz silene kadar Instagram/Facebook gelen kutusunda kalır.
- Pazarlama onayı verdiyseniz kaydınız, onayınızı geri alana veya silinmesini isteyene kadar; onay vermediyseniz en fazla 12 ay saklanır.
- Bilgileriniz Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde bulunan hizmet sağlayıcılarımızda işlenebilir.
5. Haklarınız ve verilerin silinmesi

1. Information we collect
- Comments on our posts: when you comment on our Instagram or Facebook posts, your username, the comment text, the comment ID and its time. This information is already public.
- Messages you send us: messages you send us on Instagram or Facebook and our replies.
- Website forms: if you submit a form on mialuks.com, your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, goal, budget and timeframe, plus a record of any consent you give (date, IP address).
- Post statistics: aggregated metrics for our own posts, such as views, reach and likes. These do not identify you.
2. How we use it
- When you comment a keyword such as "REHBER" ("guide"), "VERGİ" ("tax"), "KREDİ" ("mortgage") or "VİZE" ("visa") on one of our posts, we send you the link to the free guide you requested, as a private reply and/or a reply to your comment. We send at most one automated message per comment, and only to people who commented one of the keywords.
- To answer your questions and communicate with you.
- To answer your request. If you also gave marketing consent, to send you information about Miami real estate by email, WhatsApp and phone. Consent is optional; withdraw it any time by replying "STOP" or using the link in any email.
- To understand which content performs well (aggregated statistics only).
We do not sell or rent your information.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the service: Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook), our website hosting provider, the cloud server provider that runs our posting and reply system, and our email provider Brevo. We do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.
4. How long we keep it
- To avoid replying to the same person twice, our auto-reply system stores only the comment ID, username, platform and reply time; these records are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Messages stay in our Instagram/Facebook inbox until you or we delete them.
- With marketing consent, your record is kept until you withdraw it or ask for deletion; without consent, for at most 12 months.
- Your information may be processed by our service providers in the United States.
5. Your rights and data deletion
To access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, message us "Delete my data" on Instagram (@boracandiler) or Facebook (MiaLuks), or call +1 858 337 3124. We complete requests within 30 days. Details: Data deletion instructions.
6. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
